Dear Parents, Guardians and Students,
 
I want to thank you all for your ongoing support in this difficult time.

Due to the continued spread of Covid-19 and following the latest Government advice to close the schools, it is with regret I have taken the decision to stop all classes as of Sunday the 22nd of March until further notice.

I understand this will be a disappointment to the students, but the safety and wellbeing of staff, students and their families is of the utmost importance to us.

Remaining lessons this term
In regards to the remaining classes this term that have been paid for; in the interest of being fair and treating everyone the same, we sadly cannot offer refunds for classes that were due to run. As stated in our T&C online and the notice board at the Wallingford Studios, class fees are non-refundable but students are welcome to make up missed classes on an alternative day within the same term. We appreciate these circumstances are difficult for everyone and so on this occasion are very happy for everyone to make up these missed classes next term. I have thought long and hard about how to handle this in the fairest way and this means I can still pay all KAD teachers for the next 2 weeks plus cover the studio rent during the time we are closed.

Summer term
Summer term invoices will not be sent out until we know exactly when we are able to reopen. Anyone planning on not returning when we reopen will still be subjected to our 6 lesson notice policy. In the meantime, we will be exploring alternative options to bring dance classes to you all at home. Like us on Facebook and Instagram to keep up to date with developments on this.
Thank you for all your kind words and support for my small business during these challenging times. Together we can get through this but in the meantime……Keeeeeeep Dancing!
